Kvernufoss is a hidden gem located in the south of Iceland, near the popular tourist destination of Skogafoss waterfall. This stunning waterfall is lesser known and therefore less crowded, making it a peaceful and serene spot to visit. Kvernufoss is around 30 meters high and is fed by the Kverna River, which flows from the Myrdalsjokull glacier.
